For those of you that could not make it to Del City this year for the annual 4th of July SW Open tournament, you missed a good time.

Norm Allinder and other Legion Members worked long hours to get the Legion ready for all the events.

There were 207 reported total players registered throughout the 12 events with players coming in from across the country, including AR, AZ, CO, FL,  IN, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, WA .

The Legion would like to thank everyone that came and supported this year's tournament and to also thank them for participating in the raffles.  The Legion raised enough to be able to purchase a new computer and printer (the one they had was about 10 years old and very slow).  There was also the annual Special Olympics Fundraiser, Williams Family (loss of their youngest brother in a car accient), and Mako Family (Dino Mako's loss of his wife and daughter in the horrible train accident).  Thanks to all for their support and donations to these worthy causes and fundraisers.
