2005 Ratings were used to determine entry & handicap
criteria.
Play
was on 4 in-house boards (American shuffleboards) and their 5th
in-house board was used for player's practice and side matches.

19, 2005: Friday's warm-up Draw Partner started at 8pm ($20
entry; negative handicap (no sponsor sale): Debbie Bowers
& Alfred Suarez took first place and Gene Criminger and Tony
Fiumara took second. |

19, 2005: Saturday's Bring Partner event (single game/double
elimination; $50/team entry with sponsor sale) had 20 players (10
teams; team min. add to "2" w/ neg. handicap) started
after 4pm and play continued to closing time. The total
purse had a held a nice pot too.

Everyone
had a great time playing this Mardi Gras weekend. Thanks to Gene
Criminger and his Taz Country staff for the great food and
hospitality. On Saturday evening, they brought in pizza for
everyone and also had fresh jalapeno stuffed with spiced up cream
cheese! The jalapeno's and pizza went fast! Submitted
